We are proud to announce that Coralie Robert, one of the Associate Lawyers at our Moncton Office, was selected as the 2023 recipient of the Gary Bigg Memorial Scholarship. Coralie was invited to join the Canadian Caucus at the American Association for Justice Convention in Philadelphia from July 14th-18th where she received the award.
The scholarship is a memorial to long-time Caucus Member and Trial Lawyer, Gary Bigg. It is conferred annually to a lawyer who is committed to their local Canadian Province Trial Lawyer Association and who shows an aptitude for representing plaintiffs in civil trial practice.
The AAJ Convention is five full days of cutting-edge legal education and collegiality amongst some of the most renowned trial lawyers. During her time at the Convention, Coralie attended the Advocacy Track to sharpen her civil litigation skillset. The lectures covered topics ranging from questioning expert witnesses to eliminating bias in the courtroom.
In addition to acquiring a wealth of new knowledge, Coralie is returning home with a new network of professionals from across the country and beyond. Her attendance at the Convention provided her with a unique opportunity to collaborate and connect with experts who play a crucial role in supporting her client’s claims. Coralie’s commitment to continuous learning enables her to stay on top of the law and provide her clients with the highest level of representation.
Coralie practices in the areas of motor vehicle collision litigation, disability litigation, and sexual assault litigation. If you’re seeking representation for an injury or disability claim, contact MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law today for a free consultation.
