Ali Imran Raja
Ali practiced law for ten years in Pakistan where he prosecuted and defended criminal cases, as well as represented client in constitutional matters. Ali got his Bachelors Degrees in Commerce and LLB from the University of Peshawar, NWFP, Pakistan. Before being called to the Bar in Nova Scotia in 2010, Ali was a research analyst with MacGillivray Law for three years.
Since being called to the Nova Scotia Bar, Ali has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia as well as Federal Canadian Pension Plan Disability Tribunals (CPP).
Ali believes that everybody should have to answer to the law, including the rich and the powerful, and that all people are deserving of equal concern and respect before the law. His background and belief system support the mission of our office, and we are lucky to have him.
