Air Canada Flight AC624 Proposed Settlement Update
A proposed settlement in the Air Canada Flight AC624 class action suit has been reached.
On March 29, 2015, Air Canada Flight AC624 crashed short of Runway 05 at Halifax Stanfield International Airport. Flight passengers are jointly represented by the law firms CFM Lawyers LLP, Wagners, and MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law.
The proposed settlement requires court approval before settlement funds can be distributed among Class Members. A hearing of motion to approve the Settlement Agreement will occur on June 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. AST at The Halifax Law Courts, 1815 Upper Water Street in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
