Kyle is a Nova Scotia native and graduate of Saint Mary’s University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. At Saint Mary’s, Kyle was a member of the Dean’s list and participated in intramural sports.
Kyle obtained his Law degree from the University of New Brunswick where he volunteered his time with the Fredericton Legal Advice clinic. He returned to Nova Scotia to article and worked in a mid-sized full-service firm, where he first gained experience working in Plaintiff personal injury law.
Kyle joined MacGillivray Law in 2022, with a focus on Plaintiff injury and insurance. To Kyle, being a strong advocate means fighting for clients’ full and fair compensation.
In addition to the practice of law, Kyle has a background in volunteering and working with disadvantaged communities, including as at-risk youth and adults with learning disabilities.
