What is Legal X?

Legal X is a legal conference hosted by Filevine, today’s top-rated legal case management system according to Capterra. Over 400 lawyers and legal professionals from across North America attended Legal X, which was held in Park City, Utah from September 17-19, 2019.

The two-and-a-half-day agenda incorporated more than 10 sessions per day led by various keynote speakers from the legal field. The conference opened with a networking luncheon and followed with sessions on workflow, team efficiency, and data leveraging. Attendees later heard from Ryan Anderson, Founder and CEO of Filevine, on his dedication to offer first-to-market software since launching his business in 2015.

The information-packed sessions focused on incorporating technology into a law firm’s everyday practices. The Legal X speakers discussed topics such as using software and technology to align your organization and empower change, to master workflow, and to build more effective communication strategies with your team and with your clients.

Our team

MacGillivray Law sent a team of lawyers and paralegals to the Legal X conference to ensure that all steps in the client journey would be represented. Founding Partner Jamie MacGillivray attended along with partners Angeli Swinamer and Leisa MacIntosh and paralegals Jessica Landry and Katrina Zinck.
