Scott Burden was admitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 1998 and the Nova Scotia Bar in 2018. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1994 law degree from Dalhousie University in 1997. Scott has focused his practice in Personal Injury Law and Trial Litigation since his admission to the bar, successfully handling thousands of cases, from minor to catastrophic injury claims, on behalf of his clients. He is a current member and former Board Member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association.
